MY TOP #10 CONTENT CREATION LIST

Curious to know what services and programs I use almost daily? Here is my top #10 list of tools and apps that uncomplicate my life, making them easy recommendations for anyone working online.

1. SiteGround: To host my website, I now use SiteGround. I used to be a huge fan of Bluehost and I still am, but lately I’ve found the speed and customer service of SiteGround to be worth the extra cost. So why do I recommend them? Because they have a proven track record, incredible customer service and I can’t recall a time my sites have ever been “offline”. They offer a ton of great features and make it incredibly easy to get your website up and running with a 1-click installation process.  For discount, click here!

2. The Avada Theme: This is the WordPress theme and framework that Simple Content Creation runs on. Avada promises free life-time updates and support. It’s 100% responsive, which means, regardless of what device you’re looking on (PC, phone, tablet), it scales perfectly and is extremely customizable.

3. Envato: In a pinch, this is my go-to site for all of my creative needs. The Envato Marketplace is divided into 8 different categories ranging from audio clips to website themes and it’s awesome! If you’re looking for some inspiration or you need a last minute flyer, Envato is a great place to look.

4. Wistia: I freaking love these guys. Wistia is a video hosting company with a HUGE amount of personality. They’re a great alternative to Youtube to host some videos online. They offer custom video players, video SEO, and a ton of other features and in my opinion, you would be wise to give them a try.

5. Mailchimp: Wanting to engage your audience by sending out newsworthy content? Would you like to automate your lead generation process? If so, Mailchimp is a fantastic option to send out simple, easy to set up AND attractive e-mails to all of your customers. Creating a new campaign only takes a few minutes. On top of that, Mailchimp provides detailed analytic reports to see what’s getting opened!

6. Evernote: Ever have an idea that you didn’t write down and forgot? Well, then you absolutely need Evernote. Whether you’re jotting down ideas, writing the next best-seller, or trying to organize your life, Evernote has you covered. I use this program ALL. THE. TIME.

7. Canva: We love simple and there is no simpler way of creating great content than with Canva. For most purposes, Canva can absolutely replace Photoshop and that’s a great thing. It’s intuitive and smart and makes designing a snap.

8. Magisto: “Turns your everyday videos and photos into exciting, memorable movies you’ll want to watch again and again.” Magisto really is amazing and creates high quality videos you’ll actually like sharing.

9. Dropbox: Having the ability to upload almost anything to the cloud and have access to it anywhere is invaluable to me. With this app, you can share any file or folder you like, making collaboration super simple.

10. SumoMe: If you’re wanting to grow your blog and increase traffic to it, SumoMe is a free suite of apps that do just that. From toolbar opt-in forms to social media share icons, you’ll get plenty of utility out of these guys.
